Fresh, simple, seasonal food prepared for all occasions. We offer entrees, sides, salads, hors d'oeuvres, desserts, non-alcoholic beverages and coffee & tea service. Our presentation is as much a feast for the eyes as it is a delight for the palette. Because we cater only one event per day, we hand select our ingredients on market day for your event exclusively. Providing special selections for specific dietary needs is never a problem. Every event has a distinct budget so we give you the option to choose the level of service we provide for your unique celebration … drop off, limited service, or full-service including family style.

What's included with typical FULL SERVICE?
Includes:
Prepare and deliver all menu items
Rented items if desired (some wedding coordinators handle this aspect)
Set guest tables with linens, flatware & water goblets
Set up and maintain hors d’oeuvres station and dessert station if selected
Meal served in the style selected (plated, buffet or family style)
Filling of water goblets at guest tables before dinner service
Bussing & maintenance of guest tables
Scraping & re-crating rentals
Final cleanup of caterer's use areas and guest areas as required by venue – down to bare tables
Staff included for 2 hours prior to beginning of event and up to 5 additional hours with breakdown to begin no less than 1 hour before venue closing time. Additional time charged at $40 per staff member per hour with a 1 hour minimum.
Excludes: **all exclusions are available for an additional fee**
Set up or breakdown of tables, chairs and other facilities (typically included with your venue, but we can help if it needs to be done!)
Removal of garbage from venue
Event Coordination Services (table/chair layout or placements/set up, event timelines, décor set up, signage, coordination of other vendors, etc.)
We'll bring equipment and labor to serve the meal from a buffet. This is a good option for those with family & friends eager to help, for community organizations with volunteers at the ready or if you plan to use single-use place settings.
What's included with typical LIMITED SERVICE?
Includes:
Prepare and deliver all menu items
Set up of hors d’oeuvres station, entree buffet station and dessert station using Bouquet Garni platters & serving utensils (if selected)
Labor and food service equipment (chaffing dishes, platters, utensils, etc.) to serve meal at buffet
Reasonable cleanup of caterer's use areas
Staff is included through clean up of buffet and placing of dessert if commissioned. Any additional time charged at $40 per staff member per hour with a 1 hour minimum
Delivery & pick up charges will apply for any equipment that is left for use after departure - such as beverage equipment or dessert displays

What's included with typical DROP OFF?
Includes:
Prepare and deliver all menu items in foil pans or in containers that do not require return.
Excludes:
Onsite labor or equipment of any kind
What truly sets us apart is our full mobile kitchen and we feel blessed to have such an asset. Our tastefully discreet commercial kitchen allows us to prepare virtually anywhere! Perhaps your venue doesn’t have a kitchen or is in a remote location. Maybe you’re at a private residence and you can’t imagine inconveniencing the host by disrupting their home kitchen. Or, your event may be best suited to serving from our window and counter. Much of our food is prepared right on site just before serving. Freshness counts!
