We are Bouquet Garni Catering, a mother ~ daughter team that loves creating & serving. Christine Shade and Chantal Blake started Bouquet Garni Catering in 2002. We bring our dedication, creativity and practical experience to everything we do. Our goal is simply to be a blessing to those we serve.
